- Where do you deliver?
- Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Virginia. Just outside that area? Ask us.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing depends on the items, date and location. Call, text or email us for a free quote.
- Is my date booked once I send a request?
- Not yet. We'll confirm availability and details with you first. Your date is reserved only once we confirm.
- What do I need to have ready?
- A flat, open area for the equipment and power within reach. The moonbounce is 15' × 15' and the obstacle course is 60' long × 10' wide, plus some clearance around each. We'll go over your space and outlets before your event.
- What about power?
- Every item needs electricity. The cotton candy machine needs its own standard 15-amp outlet. If outlets aren't close by, ask us about generator options.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- Safety comes first: inflatables aren't used in high winds, lightning or heavy rain. If the forecast looks rough, contact us and we'll talk through your options.
- Do kids need to be supervised?
- Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatables at all times while they're in use. We'll go over the safety rules at setup.
